The Law Behind Manifesting Your Dreams Into A Reality

Updated: Jul 12, 2021

The law of attraction is a concept that claims that good ideas produce positive effects in a person's life, whilst negative thoughts produce negative ones. It is founded on the idea that ideas are a type of energy, and that good energy attracts success in all aspects of life, including health, wealth, and relationships.

These beliefs have intellectual roots in the early nineteenth-century approach known as "New Thought." During the twentieth century, there was a rebirth of interest in the concept, notably with the 2006 release of the film "The Secret," which was later turned into the best-selling book of the same title and its 2010 sequel "The Power."

3 Different Law Of Attraction:

  • Like attracts like: According to this law, comparable objects are drawn to one another. It indicates that individuals tend to attract others who are similar to them, but it also implies that people's ideas tend to attract comparable outcomes. Unpleasant thinking is thought to attract negative experiences, whilst good thinking is thought to generate desired experiences.

  • Nature despises a vacuum: According to this law of attraction, eliminating bad things from your life might allow room for more positive things to take their place. It is founded on the idea that there can never be an empty place in your thoughts or life. Because something will constantly occupy this gap, proponents of this concept argue that it is critical to fill it with positive.

  • This law emphasizes the concept that there are always things you can do to enhance the present situation. While the present may be constantly faulty, this law recommends that instead of experiencing dread or dissatisfaction, you should focus your attention on discovering methods to make the current moment the best it can be.

How to Practise:

You construct your world, according to the law of attraction. What you focus on attracts into your life. It implies that what you expect to happen in your life is what happens.

According to, “Be grateful, visualize your goals, look for the positives in a situation, learn how to identify negative thinking, use positive affirmations, and reframe negative events more positively.”

Although these resources may not provide immediate results, they are to help you develop and grow as an individual and generate a more optimistic viewpoint on your life.

How it works:

It is the optimistic mindset that motivates proactive activities, which in turn yields positive consequences in the lives of optimists. Optimists gain from their attitudes, but it is the action that their attitudes encourage that results in actual change.

We don't always have control over our circumstances, but we do have power over how we react to them. In this sense, the law of attraction may give the optimism and proactive attitude associated with resilience in tough situations, but it must not be utilized as a self-blaming tool.

The law of attraction is beneficial to our mental wellness. This effective practice may be used to reduce stress and achieve goals. When we believe something is feasible, we are more likely to take chances, notice more opportunities, and open ourselves up to new possibilities.
